San Diego's Art Academy  teaching facility houses art studios for drawing classes, for oil and acrylic painting classes, for printmaking classes: lithography, intaglio & relief printing, a sculpture lab for stone and Life sculpture classes, and classroom space for lectures.

The San Diego Art Institute maintains a center for emerging artists and the visual arts in San Diego, is expressed through various programs.

The San Diego Museum of Art, the region's primary resource for exhibitions and collections of fine art for more than 80 years. Located in the heart of Balboa Park, their galleries offer opportunities for learning, introspection, and connection with cultures from around the world.
